Tomorrow sees the visit of
McCall’s men misfired and under-performed last week against Motherwell (not to mention lost!).
We must play well tomorrow. Personally I’d settle for a draw and a strong performance – what I expect is a scrappy game that could go either way, hopefully ours.
I hope the fans get behind the team and do their ‘12th man’ part. It must be difficult for the players as it is without the crowd bringing them down even further. Cheers the boys on!
Demands for McCall’s resignation have quietened in recent days, and a good win tomorrow would turn that into a hush, at least for a week!
McCall has repeatedly said that we are still capable of a top six finish, though this is, of course, a long way off, especially as our fixture list for the next few games is very tough.
We can do it though, but we have to start battling very soon, or we will, if we are not already, become involved in a lenghty relegation battle.
Only a string of decent results will see us pull away from the bottom of the league, so let’s start this run tomorrow with a win over
