Dundee United have confirmed the signing of former Scotland Internationlist, Scott Severin until May 2010 from engligh side Watford. Severin who also played for Aberdeen and Hearts will add experience to the United defence whilst also offering a midfield option.
Manager Peter Houston had previously worked with the former Aberdeen captain for seven years whilst Severin was playing with Hearts so is a player he knows well.
The move will have been partly financed by Jennison Myrie Williams & Fransico Sandaza being freed by the club and with the English tranfer window already closed, winger Craig Conway looks set to stay until at least January.
