Well, that’s all the superfluous SPL business done and dusted. The last three games were never about the results really, more about ensuring the players vital for the Cup Final were either rested, tested or injury and suspension free.
Special mention to Greg Cameron after making his last appearance for United…a committed Arab, in any other period he would be an integral part of our midfield, just unfortunate for him how strong we are in that department right now. He's been a loyal fan and servant to the club so lets hope he goes on to somewhere he can demonstrate his undoubted ability.
So, to Saturday, and what promises to be an exhilarating, exhausting and enormously enjoyable day out at Hampden. We have our destiny in our own hands as we are more than capable, so long as we treat Ross County with respect while playing our own natural game. Peter Houston and the lads deserve the sea of Tangerine that will be waiting for them as they walk out led, deservedly, by Lee Wilkie and his wee one. Let's raise the roof when they walk out and let them know how much their efforts have meant to us Arabs this season.
One cautionary word is that we’ve been to Hampden previously as favourites and left empty-handed. Let’s take nothing for granted but give our all (players and fans) to make sure it’s a magical day. I for one, cannot wait to see Tamfaebutlins efforts bear fruit with the air full of Tangerine balloons. Shed rule
